Duration: Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent authentication tokens last up to 30 days. Security: We use cookies to identify and prevent security risks. Duration: Security cookies are session-based and expire when you close your browser.
Authentication: To keep you logged in as you navigate between the dashboard and reporting tools. Duration: Authentication tokens persist up to 30 days or until you log out.

Security & Performance (Google reCAPTCHA v3)

We implement Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our “Book a Demo” and login pages to prevent fraud and spam.

reCAPTCHA works by collecting hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sending that data to Google for analysis.
The information collected in connection with your use of reCAPTCHA will be used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes (it will not be used for personalized advertising by Google).

Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a personalized experience. Examples include language preferences, UI layout choices, and saved workspace settings. Duration: Up to 12 months. These are non-essential. You may disable them through the cookie preference center, though this may affect usability.

Marketing Cookies

We may use marketing cookies to understand campaign effectiveness and serve relevant content. These are only placed with your explicit prior consent via our cookie preference center. Duration: Up to 24 months. At this time, AvniCloud LLC does not use third-party advertising networks. If this changes, this policy will be updated with at least 30 days prior notice.

Analytics & Optimization

These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Websites. Server-side monitoring is handled by log tools. If any client-side analytics tool is deployed it will be listed in the Third-Party Cookies section below. Duration: Up to 12 months. Non-essential; require consent where required by law.
